How you will deal with any warranty issues should they occur? Your hot tub purchase is not a trivial purchase. You have put time, energy, and much thought into this decision. You do not want to regret your purchase.

You will not be able to wet test your tub. You may not even have the opportunity to sit in it dry. You are taking a chance that on the comfort of the seats, the ease of use of the controls, and the power and location of the jets. You may not care about a wet test. Maybe every hot tub you have ever been in has been fabulous – you enjoy the experience so much that to you, you just want a tub now and as inexpensively as you can get it. Go for it, but go for it knowing the potential disadvantages to such a purchase.

So big box hot tubs are often less expensive, but will they save you money in the long term? Maybe. The purchase price is only a portion of the cost of owning a hot tub. Sit back, think about your situation and decide for yourself.
